After much anticipation on my part, I am pleased to return as your in-house RMT. I look forward to seeing familar and new faces.

I am currently available TUESDAYS, WEDNESDAYS and THURSDAYS from 9:00am-3:00pm and time slots are as follows:

9:00am 9:45am 10:30am 11:15am 12:45pm 1:30pm 2:15pm

As more than a year has lapsed since our last appointment, please complete the RMT INITIAL INTAKE FORM before you see me. The therapy room is in the same location as previous - RC2 1B39 - across from the entrance to the changerooms. 

Direct billing to Pacific Blue Cross is available. Please provide insurance details. Your deductible or the entire treatment fee may be paid by CASH, CHEQUE or EMT to angela_rmt@live.ca

Please note 24 HOURS notice is required for appointment cancellation or a $50 late cancellation or no-show fee will be applied. Thank you for understanding.

IF you have an ICBC or Worksafe claim please seek another therapist who can accommodate the frequency of appointments.
